Earn XP for every lesson to level up and climb your league, and coins to spend in the shop on freezes, heart refills and more. Coins are earned, not bought.
Teyro has two rewards for learning. XP measures effort: every lesson and right answer earns it, it fills your daily goal, climbs your weekly league and levels you up. Coins are what you spend: you earn them from lessons, quests and chests, and use them in the shop on streak freezes, heart refills, repairs and cosmetics. Coins are earned by learning, not bought.

XP (experience points) measures effort. You earn it from lessons and right answers, and it does three jobs:
Coins are Teyro's currency, and you only get them by learning — from lessons, daily quests and chests.
| Spend coins on | What it does |
|---|---|
| Streak freeze | Covers a missed day |
| Streak repair | Saves a broken streak within 48 hours |
| Heart refill | All five hearts back, for 120 coins |
| Power-ups | For example, a shield that absorbs one mistake |
| Cosmetics | Frames and backdrops for your profile |
Some items unlock through learning first, then cost coins. The locked card shows your progress towards it, so it doubles as a goal.
